We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic Account Manager to join our Team!

As an Account Manager, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll be a global connector, always caring for our people and partners, and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To plan, organize, coordinate and monitor all the activities, resources and people within project(s), ensuring that the client’s requirements are fulfilled, and needs are attended.
  • Pursue conformity with plans / strategies and guarantee daily reporting.
  • Design and implement plans to improve the performance, assuring a close follow-up, assessment, measurement, and determining the impact of improvement actions.
  • Continuously assess the usefulness and effectiveness of the rules, procedures, workflows, processes and tools used to enable the organization to reach the objectives.
  • Enable the communication with partners guaranteeing compliance with contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements.
  • Manage the relationship with the clients, escalating and resolving issues, clarifying needs and satisfaction, resolving emergencies and developing the project(s) in order to promote a good partnership and client retention.
  • Ensure maximizing revenue and margin at account level, accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare and motivate the team to accomplish tasks with enthusiasm, assuring the necessary coaching, growth, development and retention.

 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • University studies on relevant subject (Business administration, Management, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience in similar position (with at least 20 direct reports in BPO industry)
  • Project management skills and knowledge
  • Attention to details, focusing on quality
  • Adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures
  • Decision-maker and problem-solver
  • High level of knowledge in operating Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Proficient in English – Minimum C1
  • Available to work onsite in Lisbon
