How we recruit local heroes for a global brand
Our recruitment process:
Job ads that are posted on the Conectys Career page, local recruitment websites, and Social Media are based on the internal job description and Employer Branding policy;
Beyond simple job posts, the hiring staff should reach out directly to desirable candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and job fairs; Our HR representatives review the applications and sort them into a passive database, any candidate who does not meet the minimum requirements for the position or the company more generally will not be added to the database.
Initial interviews typically begin with phone calls with HR representatives. Phone interviews determine if applicants possess the essential qualifications to fill the position and align with an organization’s culture, values, and availability for the selection’s steps: testing, interviews.
Pre-screened candidates have to pass a test battery for the required minimum level of skills specific for the profile;
HR representatives ensure face-to-face interviews via video conferencing with HR and management of the organization, which can be either one-on-one or group interviews with the hiring committee;
A decision is communicated to the candidate in a written form. Once a top candidate is identified, the HR representative will communicate the job offer in terms of job function, compensation, benefits, work schedule, and the possibility of working remotely. The job offer will never include a pre-check or a request for acquisitions of IT infrastructure;
For all accepted job offers, the candidate will be informed about all employment contract elements and guided through the hiring process by HR representatives. With the consent of the candidate, HR representatives may ask for references;
