Process Internal Auditor

We are currently looking for a Process Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• ISO 9001:2015 Standard Maintenance through Internal Audit Sessions;
• ISO 9001 Compliance;
• Follows the compliance with the Conectys quality standards of the services delivered by Operations;
• Ensures the performance of inspection activities and verification of the quality analysts’, quality and training coordinators’  or temporary staff delegated to perform quality activity/tasks, according to the related procedures in place in Conectys;
• Identify quality deficiencies and keep track of quality deviations of their causes and apply measures to remedy them;
• Provide advice to the quality analysts’, quality and training coordinators’      or temporary staff delegated to perform quality activity in order to remedy the non-conformities found as a result of the comparison with the procedures within the limits of his authority and knowledge;
• Identifies with objectivity and impartiality the degree of conformity of the procedures (documentation) of the quality with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Similar previuos experience;
• University studies graduated or in the process of graduation;
• C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
• Advanced level of knowledge in operating Office Suite, Powerpoint and Excel in particular;
• Internet use (navigate on the Internet, searching the information, search engine, email, using an e-mail address, sending and receiving emails, inserting a signature, filter usage, password change);
• Time Management skills;
• Attention to details;
• Focusing on quality – previous exposure to the quality, working as a QA Analyst.
