Within your role, you will:
- Participates in salary surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally, by updating salary grids and comp&ben packages;
- Define a compensation framework that reflects the organization culture and objectives
- Elaborates the Comp & Ben budget. Collaborate with each site to collect necessary market data for the budget review.
- Executes proactive Comp&Ben analytics, data mining and interpretation of trends to support senior management in budgeting and forecasts.
- Designs and prepares ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for sales and operations management
- Analyzes data and relevant market trends, develops salary changes structures and market pricing recommendations;
- Offers support in job evaluation to determine efficient and proper position in org chart in order to reward appropriately and fairly across company/site/account;
- Supports HRMs and SMs in leading in conducting salary surveys, job pricing and benchmarking, market analysis and analyzing internal data;
- Ensures efficient management of internal financial trackers, monitoring for discrepancies and updates needed to ensure reports and statistics in real time;
What will make you successful for the role:
- A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
- Good knowledge in the field of human resources and labor legislation in force (Labor Code and other related law
- PC operating skills advanced for: Microsoft, outlook, internet, excel, word, PowerPoint, MO365;
- Teamwork skills: listening, knowledge sharing, collaboration
- Analytical skills: SWOT, RCA-AP, etc
- Ability to work independently to follows on deadlines and quality of result
- High analytical skills, reporting & management presentation experience
- Very good verbal & written communication skills at all levels in the organization
- Oriented towards continuous improvement of the activity and self-learner
