Team Manager – Inside Sales with Swedish/Norwegian or Dutch

Unlike traditional customer service leadership roles, this position combines people leadership, commercial accountability and direct client exposure, offering a clear path toward senior account and operational leadership roles. You’ll own performance, coaching and results for a team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting our client, reporting into account leadership and working closely with recruitment as the team scales.   

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting your assigned market. 

• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs — conversion, call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction — and report directly to client leadership 

• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews; spot coaching needs and build career paths for your team 

• Build strong client relationships within your market, act as the main escalation point, and ensure SLAs, performance targets and governance commitments are consistently delivered. 

• Champion a genuinely multicultural and multilingual team culture 

• 2-5 years of people management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management environments. (B2B, FMCG, HoReCa or beverages a strong plus). 

• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets. 

• Native or C2 proficiency in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch plus business-level English (minimum B2). 

• Comfortable coaching performance and quality metrics in a fast-scaling, multilingual environment 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage a demanding global client and remain calm under scale-up pressure. 

• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate (we’ll help). 

• Gross monthly fixed salary between €1,300 and €2,600, depending on experience and language market
