You come with:
- A C1 level of English, both written & spoken
- Min. 1 year of experience in managing teams
- Previous BPO experience would a plus
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to adjust your frame of thinking and quickly change priorities to meet deadlines;
- Proactivity, driven to suggest and implement quality;
Your day in Conectys:
- Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates work flow;
- Assigns staff to cover workload and contingency plans for it;
- Monitors and analyze the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised work performance, identifying problems with performance and solutions to those problems, initiating formal measures to correct misconduct;
- Serves as a liaison between the team and other offices/departments for the distribution and collection of information and to resolve operational issues;
- Act as point of escalation for the supervised team;
- Ensure and supervises the maintenance of personnel records (annual/medical leaves/unpaid etc) time sheets for staff supervise
- Participates and/or conducts performance evaluations on subordinated staff and reports on it;
- Supervises the development and implementation of training programs within the supervised team;
- Ensure proper communication and implementation to/for the team effective procedure / process updates /
