As Local Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a vital team member!

You will be responsible for managing the hiring process end-to-end, and for coordinating the local Talent Acquisition (TA) team, in order to secure an adequate execution of the TA projects portfolio and the adequate staffing.

You need to be a strong communicator, have a confident approach as headhunter, to attract candidates, and proven experience in evaluating resumes, conducting in-depth interviews, handling hiring paperwork.

This role is a fit to you if you think outside the box and demonstrate a track record of completing projects in a timely manner.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Secure adequate execution of the local TA tactical protocols and routines.
  • Guarantee adequate talent sourcing and processing, to staff the geography accordingly with business needs.
  • Assure an effective implementation of end-to-end TA activities accordingly with applicable TA policies, processes, procedures, and plans.
  • Ensure maintenance of the company databases updated, according with applicable procedures.
  • Design and recommend adequate selection solutions and processes for any type of TA projects (e.g. creates tests, selects the optimum combination of tests and interview techniques for all parties involved in a TA project, decides on the optimum order of TA process steps that fits the staffing needs and specific context of any type of TA project)
  • Act as a Project Manager for local Conectys’ TA projects;
  • Ensure adequate staffing of the TA team and manages team’s and individuals’ performance and continuous learning in order to secure local TA capabilities.

 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Recruitment Supervisor or Recruitment Team Leader.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process in BPO.
  • Exposure in using BPO recruitment tools.
  • Expertise developing and carrying out comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Experience creating or improving branding/marketing plans for recruitment.
  • Available to work onsite in Lisbon
