As a Local IT Manager, you will have the role of coordinating the activities specific to the IT field within the Poland site of our company. This position is all about being responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines as well as supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

Within your role you will:
- Manage IT Support Services with focus on Incident and Service Request;
- Review daily priorities and take appropriate actions to ensure results are achieved in a timely manner meeting/exceeding the KPIs;
- Ensure that the support team members follow the standard operating procedures and best practices when handling customer service tickets;
- Be responsible for the analysis, planning, and improvement of the availability of IT services in respect to the agreed SLA;
- Work closely together with the business and application support teams;
- Be responsible for all aspects of the support operations management including Hiring, Training and Professional Development of the support engineers and driving to a logical closure with higher CSAT/NPS scores.
What will make you successful for the job:
- Very good command of both English and Polish;
- 3 years of working experience as a Technical Support Expert or similar role;
- Managerial experience would be a plus but is not a requirement;
- Experience with Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Antivirus solution, Office 365;
- Foundational knowledge for IT Networking;
- Foundational knowledge and in-depth understanding of IT Service Management processes within an ITIL derived framework would be a plus but is not a requirement;
- A focus on Customer/business satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness;
- Excellent positive attitude.
