Within your role, you will:
- Work with the clients to understands their clients’ business needs;
- Collaborates and coordinates with various teams and stakeholders (Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure solutions are designed;
- Manage the transition related schedules, work plans project performance & reporting;
- Understands client requirements as expressed in the contractual and other documented agreements with clients and translates them into an implementation project document
- Assisting & training operations managers in executing effective operations transition projects;
What will make you successful for the role:
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management transitions;
- Previous BPO experience
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities;
- Communicates in a manner that generates excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to the group mission and strategies;
- Proven strategic planner;
- Great attention to detail;
