As a Customer Support Back Office (Hybrid role), you are part of the Operations team, the center of our business.

The Back Office Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling non-voice support tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests, and maintaining high standards of service quality. This role supports front-line teams by managing administrative tasks, data validation, and issue resolution through internal systems.

Within your role, you will:

  • Process customer requests and inquiries received via email, ticketing systems, or internal platforms
  • Collaborate with front-office teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Identify and investigating recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Take, register & solve notifications or complaints; 
  • Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction; 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of Russian Language (both written & spoken); 
  • A B2 level of English Language (both written & spoken);
  • Experience in Contact Center could be an advantage; 
  • Curiosity, always looking for solutions; 
  • Attention to detail and “willing-to-help” attitude; 
  • Excellent computer skills; 
  • Be available to work from the office %100 from the start;
