Performance requirements:

• C1 Level of English (Written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both team members and client, including delivering feedback, providing guidance and managing conflict
• Comprehensive understanding of KPIs, customer service standards and operational workflows
• Strong analytical abilities to address performance issues, client complaints and operational challenges quickly and effectively
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Effective in managing time and meeting deadlines

Eligibility criteria:

• At least 1 year experience as a CSR/TSR
• Experience as a Team leader, Quality Analyst, Subject Matter Expert is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement
• No history of Disciplinary Actions for the last 12 months
• No record of PIP for the last 12 months
• Must have consistently met or exceeded performance targets in the past 12 months
• Active involvement in team improvement initiatives
• Experience in providing second-level support nice to have
