Within your role, you will:
- Work with the clients to understands their clients’ business needs.
- Collaborates and coordinates with various teams and stakeholders (Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure solutions are designed
and implement for the needs to be met or exceeded;
- Partners with other operations counterparts to ensure client metrics achievement and adherence to the operations methodologies across delivery centers;
- Indirectly leaders operations service delivery and operations support personnel;
- Strategizes with clients to identify and implement opportunities for growth;
- Supports Conectys growth by ensuring portfolio growth and support new client acquisition;
What will make you successful for the role:
- A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
- Proven strategic planner
- Very good understanding of BPO industries
- Previous experience in similar roles
