The role of a Global Workforce Management (WFM) Manager is pivotal in ensuring that the whole workforce is aligned with the company's strategic goals by developing and refining WFM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.  

Based in Lisbon, the key responsibility is to lead a global team that supports operational requirements by delivering high-quality services, which is crucial for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Global WFM Manager must focus on maintaining a balance between meeting these performance targets and managing financial health. This includes monitoring workforce performance, analyzing statistical reports, and implementing process improvements to optimize resources.  

Effective communication, strategic planning, and a strong grasp of WFM systems and processes are essential skills for this role. 

  

Within your role you will: 

  • Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of existing and proposed systems and tools used for workforce planning, monitoring and forecasting. 
  • Design workforce management process, practice and methodologies to ensure that critical business needs are met and/or exceeded. 
  • Develop and implement Demand Forecasting processes, design Capacity Plans with different levels of granularity and considers multiple factors impacting resource availability/productivity. 
  • Participate in customer presentations, client calls, and quarterly business reviews to represent the workforce management department. 
  • Build knowledge in the organization. 
  • Participate in Onboarding new projects. 
  • Build and develop WFM organization structure and responsibilities of each role 
  • Be the escalation point of the WFM supervisor and WFM processes. 
  • Be responsible in creating scorecard for the WFM team. 

  

 

What will make you successful for the job: 

  • A Degree in a relevant field of studies (Analytics, Business/Project Management, ...) 
  • Senior experience with WFM, including 2+ years of management (best if in an international environment) 
  • C1 level of English both written and spoken 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, database management and reporting/scheduling software
  • Advanced understanding of forecasting and scheduling methodologies
  • Experience utilizing an automated WFM forecasting and scheduling tool

As a Global Workforce Management Manager you will be responsible for the development, improvement and alignment of the WFM process and the team globally. You will Ensure the quality of WFM team to provide the service to operations to achieve the KPIs with a healthy financial performance.

Within your role you will:

  • Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of existing and proposed systems and tools used for workforce planning, monitoring and forecasting;
  • Design workforce management process, practice and methodologies to ensure that critical business needs are met and/or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement Demand Forecasting processes, design Capacity Plans with different levels of granularity and considers multiple factors impacting resource availability/productivity;
  • Participate in customer presentations, client calls, and quarterly business reviews to represent the workforce management department;
  • Build knowledge in the organization;
  • Participate in Onboarding new projects;
  • Build and develop WFM organization structure and responsibilities of each role
  • Be the escalation point of the WFM supervisor and WFM processes;
  • Be responsible in creating scorecard for the WFM team;

 

What will make you successful for the job:

  • A C1 level of English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Windows operating systems and other database management and reporting software; 
  •  Advanced understanding of forecasting and scheduling methodologies;
  • Experience utilizing an automated WFM forecasting and scheduling tool
  • Good knowledge of contact center processes and procedures

Within your role, you will: 

  • Define a compensation framework that reflects the organization culture and objectives 
  • Execute proactive Comp&Ben analysis, data mining and interpretation of trends to support senior management in budgeting and forecast
  •  Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for sales and operations management 
  • Offer support in job evaluation to determine efficient and proper position in org chart in order to reward appropriately and fairly across company/site/account; 
  • Participate in salary surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally, by updating salary grids and Comp&ben packages; 
  • Ensures efficient management of internal financial trackers, monitoring for discrepancies and updates needed to ensure reports and statistics in real time; 

 

What will make you successful for the role: 

  • Previous experience in Comp & Ben area of at least 2-3 years.
  • Strong HR knowledge and labor legislation  
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills and management presentation experience
  • Ability to analyze and summarize large amount of data and preset information in a concise manner;
  • Teamwork skills: listening, knowledge sharing, collaboration 
  • Very good verbal & written communication skills at all levels in the organization 
  • Oriented towards continuous improvement of the activity and self-learner 
  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • MS Office - Excel advanced level;
