Within your role you will:
- Conduct Connect sessions that provide a sounding board for employees to safely talk about issues troubling them in correlation with their professional life and assissting them with life coaching solutions in order to better cope with their work-impacting challenges.
- Serve as liaison with the allocated HRBPs in order to consolidate risk, needs and aspirations information supporting the employees, teams', managers' and business's needs.
- Serve as a gate keeper and distribution point for access to specialised Occupational Health & Safety services, be their Conectys contracted vendors or independent supporting services providers.
- Facilitate support group activities and other wellbeing activities.
- Support implementation of organisational change at individual, groups and teams level.
What will make you successful in the role:
- BS in Psychology or a related field;
- Registered Psychometrician
- Experience in psychological first aid and/or counseling.
- Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework;

Within your role, you will:
- Gathers market data (referring to candidates & competitors) that supports the TA business goals & routines.
- Operates approved TA marketing tools (e.g., job ads/chats emails/sms/phone messages) with the talent pool on approved EB channels in order to contact and perform initial screening interviews for specific TA projects as well as EB initiatives.
- Maintains the company databases (Leads and Interview modules of the contact center) updated, according with procedures.
- Manage approved EB communication tool messages for the TA channels used in mass TA projects (for specialist level roles).
What will make you successful for the role:
- A C1 English spoken and written level,
- At least a bachelor’s degree,
- 1 year experience in recruitment and selection
- Basic Proficiency with Excel, Canva and Powerpoint
- Experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing tools

Within your role, you will:
- Coordination of the local IT function;
- Management of software licenses used within the company;
- Management of contracts with IT service providers and equipment;
- Management of computer equipment used within the company;
- Supervision of the administration of the electronic equipment used within Conectys;
- Designing, creating and verifying the technical parameters related to the good development of the activity of the projects with IT requirements within Conectys;
- Providing support to internal and external beneficiaries (level 1 and level 2);
- Preparation of reports on the balance of the activity carried out within the IT department;
- Make forecasts of volumes evolution and adaptation of necessary resources and shifts in relation to established objectives and taking into account the seasonality of activity and other events that may influence the results;
- Prepares its own action plan with objectivity, rigor and vision based on self-assessment results, taking into account the previous activity report, individual potential and organizational objectives;
What will make you successful for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a similar program
- C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
- Proven work experience as coordinator in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
