The Workplace Counsellor ensures first line counselling services to Conectys staff, offering integrative coping solutions with challenges potentially negatively impacting them in relation with their work context and challenges.

Within your role you will:
- Conduct Connect sessions that provide a sounding board for employees to safely talk about issues troubling them in correlation with their professional life and assissting them with life coaching solutions in order to better cope with their work-impacting challenges.
- Serve as liaison with the allocated HRBPs in order to consolidate risk, needs and aspirations information supporting the employees, teams’, managers’ and business’s needs.
- Serve as a gate keeper and distribution point for access to specialised Occupational Health & Safety services, be their Conectys contracted vendors or independent supporting services providers.
- Facilitate support group activities and other wellbeing activities.
- Support implementation of organisational change at individual, groups and teams level.
What will make you successful in the role:
- BS in Psychology or a related field;
- Registered Psychometrician
- Experience in psychological first aid and/or counseling.
- Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework;
