Within your role you will:
- Create and design effective training programs that address the specific needs and objectives of your specific project
- Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging and interactive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content
- Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to newlly employees
- Work closely with account managers and key stakeholders to understand the specific training needs
- Collaborate in the development of customized training strategies that align with account goals and objectives,
- Use assessment results to inform the design and delivery of targeted training initiatives.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
What will make you successful for the job:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills –
- English C1 level assessment
- Advanced user of digital collaboration and training tools (LMS platforms, video conferencing, interactive training tools).
- Ability to quickly learn and teach product flows, processes, tools, and knowledge systems.
- Solid understanding of operational KPIs and how training impacts performance.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex or technical information in a clear and structured manner.
- Skilled in interactive learning methods: role‑plays, simulations, assessments, feedback loops.
- Comfortable delivering training across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email, in‑app).
- Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution‑oriented in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Skilled in giving constructive feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
- Ability to manage high‑volume training cycles and maintain resilience during repetitive tasks.
- Identify needs for retraining, coaching and improvement in processes and acts upon
