Within your role, you will:

  • Identify and working with the HRA team to resolve various HR related issues;
  • Communicate with stakeholders where necessary and helping with trouble shooting;
  • Cater HR documents collection and distribution, registration and archiving (according with procedures);
  • Provide support to departments in the organization, by executing hiring, contract changes and exit standard processes (according to procedures);
  • Analyse and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions;
  • Review employee and inputting this into relevant HR databases;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR department;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Be available to work from the office %100 from the start;
