You come with:

  • Minimum C1 English Proficiency
  • At least 3 years Operations Manager experience in the BPO industry (Contact Center, back-office support, inbound/outbound voice or non-voice account, chat support, email support)
  • Content moderation experience is a plus

Your day in Conectys:

  • Collaborates with client company management to develop procedures, manuals and establish the program objectives.
  • Creates specific methodologies, processes and provides the customer with best practices documents.
  • Coordinates the communication processes from the customer to other positions or functions within Conectys and assists with the escalation of problems.
