Within your role, you will:

 

  • Review the incoming content (documents, reviews, images, etc.) submitted by users of the client application and approves only the content that meets all criteria presented by the guidelines
  • Identify and escalate potential errors of the applications used to process reviews, as well as complex reviews that cannot be solved by applying the project’s specific procedures and instructions, to the direct supervisor and / or the client designated team.
  • Based on existing guidelines, identifies and informs client about potential frauds.
  • Validates new valid documents used by customers.

Within your role, you will:

  • Offer customer support via phone, e-mail, and chat
  • Answer & solve customers’ inquiries & complaints by offering an accurate solution
  • Follow predefined workflows & handle issues specific to each communication channel
  • Respond to all customer’s inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines
  • Take, register & solve notifications or complaints
  • Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction
  • Participate in testing/launching / implementing new working products or tools

What will make you successful in the role:

  • A B2/C1 level of German (both written & spoken)
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Having a strong background in smartphone usage

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of Dutch language (both written & spoken);
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role;
  • Knowledge about how a PC/ Android device works and a passion for gaming;

  • Collaborates and coordinates with various teams and stakeholders (Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure solutions are designed;
  • Manage the transition related schedules, work plans project performance & reporting;
  • Understands client requirements as expressed in the contractual and other documented agreements with clients and translates them into an implementation project document
  • Assisting & training operations managers in executing effective operations transition projects;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management transitions;
  • Previous BPO experience
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Communicates in a manner that generates excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to the group mission and strategies;
