Our dedicated Content Moderators play a pivotal role in safeguarding the online environment, by reviewing user-generated pieces of text, visual, video, and audio, presented in a continuous sequencing during each shift.

Within the role you will: 

  • Moderate social media content (videos, images, reviews submitted by users) and classify it quickly and correctly according to the internal policy and criteria). 
  • Remove inappropriate content to ensure a safe experience for users of the application and community. 
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review. 
  • Identify and escalate potential errors in the application used for moderating content. 
  • Participate in testing, launching, or implementing new products and working tools. 
  • Make suggestions to improve policies and procedures. 
  • Send accurate daily activity reports.

The Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for sourcing and selection of talent for any type of TA projects, including for management (middle / upper) / atypical / niche roles.

Within your role, you will:

  • Gathers market data (referring to candidates & competitors) that supports the TA business goals & routines.
  • Operates approved TA marketing tools (e.g., job ads/chats emails/sms/phone messages) with the talent pool on approved EB channels in order to contact and perform initial screening interviews for specific TA projects as well as EB initiatives.
  • Maintains the company databases (Leads and Interview modules of the contact center) updated, according with procedures.
  • Manage approved EB communication tool messages for the TA channels used in mass TA projects (for specialist level roles).

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 English spoken and written level,
  • At least a bachelor’s degree,
  • 1 year experience in recruitment and selection
  • Basic Proficiency with Excel, Canva and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing tools

  • Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
  • Take, register & solve notifications or complaints;
  • Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction;
  • Participate in testing/launching / implementing new working products or tools.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects, on multiple sites in Romania or abroad
  • Maintain the company databases updated, according with internal procedures
  • Gather market data that supports the TA business goals & routines;
  • Contribute to the design of recruitment processes, guides and standards at company level
  • Provides consultancy, aid or training based on business need to TA teams and relevant business stakeholders

 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, working with global processes and management of internal and external hiring processes
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in BPO or mass recruitment projects is considered a plus
