Within your role, you will:

  • Follow the compliance with the quality standards of the project/projects
  • Identify, keep records, and inform the hierarchical superiors about the possible nonconformities of quality and their causes.
  • Propose and apply corrective measures
  • Control, monitor, and perform verifications in different phases of the process of aligning the quality of the activity performed by the employees
  • Evaluate and identify the training and retraining needs of the project employees, submitting retraining proposals and suggestions for improvement to superior

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of Ukrainian (both written & spoken)
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience working in BPO
  • Experience working in the Quality Assurance department within a call center is a big plus
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Adaptability to new circumstances, technologies, and procedures

Within your role, you will:

  • Offer customer support via phone, e-mail, or chat;
  • Answer & solve customers’ inquiries & complaints by offering an accurate solution;
  • Follow predefined workflows & handle issues specific to each communication channel;
  • Respond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
  • Take, register & solve notifications or complaints;
  • Update the database with all the details about each customer interaction;
  • Participate in testing/launching / implementing new working products or tools.

The Global Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to secure the best possible talent for all projects on multiple sites, including for management (middle / upper) / atypical / niche roles.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects, on multiple sites in Romania or abroad
  • Maintain the company databases updated, according with internal procedures
  • Gather market data that supports the TA business goals & routines;
  • Contribute to the design of recruitment processes, guides and standards at company level
  • Provides consultancy, aid or training based on business need to TA teams and relevant business stakeholders

 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, working with global processes and management of internal and external hiring processes
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in BPO or mass recruitment projects is considered a plus

The position holder has the role of coordinating the activities specific to the IT field within the PL site of company Conectys.

Within your role, you will:

  • Coordination of the local IT function;
  • Management of software licenses used within the company;
  • Management of contracts with IT service providers and equipment;
  • Management of computer equipment used within the company;
  • Supervision of the administration of the electronic equipment used within Conectys;
  • Designing, creating and verifying the technical parameters related to the good development of the activity of the projects with IT requirements within Conectys;
  • Providing support to internal and external beneficiaries (level 1 and level 2);
  • Preparation of reports on the balance of the activity carried out within the IT department;
  • Make forecasts of volumes evolution and adaptation of necessary resources and shifts in relation to established objectives and taking into account the seasonality of activity and other events that may influence the results;
  • Prepares its own action plan with objectivity, rigor and vision based on self-assessment results, taking into account the previous activity report, individual potential and organizational objectives;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a similar program
  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Proven work experience as coordinator in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments;
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
