Within your role, you will:
- Provide legal advice, assistance, and representation to the company group and its employees
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (NDAs, service agreements, supplier/partner contracts)
- Offer legal counsel on commercial, corporate, labor, data protection, and regulatory matters
- Monitor relevant legislative changes and update stakeholders
- Support in managing disputes and coordinate with external lawyers when needed
- Ensure compliance with local/international laws and internal policies
- Assist with strategic projects such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings
- Maintain legal documentation and databases
- Deliver internal training and develop legal policies
- Respond to legal requests from authorities or third parties
- Represent the company in front of legal bodies
- Handle company documentation updates (e.g., trade registry formalities)
- Oversee execution of court rulings and recovery of company debts
- Approve internal rules/regulations and contribute to policy development
- Prepare legal reports and updates as required by management
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by upper management
What will make you successful for the role:
- A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
- Graduated University Studies;
- At least 1 year of experience in the field;
- Knowledge of the labor legislation in force (Labor Code, CIM, conclusion, development and termination of employment relationships as a result of the individual employment contract or service contract, etc.)
- Specialized studies in the legal field
