What will make you successful for the role if you have the following skills:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- C1 level of English;
- Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Experience managing global teams across multiple locations.
- Solid understanding of Reporting, Data Analytics, and Operational Metrics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in process automation and reporting optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM), including Forecast Accuracy, Scheduling Adherence, and SLA Performance.
- Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments.
- Familiarity with COPC, SLA management, and contract-based reporting.
- Knowledge of financial analysis related to budgeting, P&L, and cost efficiency
