Are you organized and an effective communicator?

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to serve as the first physical point of contact for our organizational HQ, while providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to efficiently manage front-office reception duties and assist in executive-level operations.

Within your role, you will: 

· Executive Support:

  • Work closely with and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Conectys executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting co-ordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events or meetings.

· Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.

· Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office documentation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support various office/ facility functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

What will make you successful in the role:

  • High standard of education
  • Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, facility management or receptionist roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – C1 level
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
