Within your role, you will:

  • Moderate social media content (videos, images, reviews submitted by users);
  • Identify and escalate potential errors in the application used for moderating content;
  • Participate in testing, launching, or implementing new products and working tools;
  • Make suggestions to improve policies and procedures;
  • Send daily activity reports;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C1 level of Arabic Language (both written & spoken);
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • Attention to details and “willing-to-help” attitude;
  • Ability to take initiative and identify innovative solutions for different issues;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 schedule in 3 shifts pattern.;
  • Be available to work from the office %100 from the start;

  • As Senior Expert on HRA related legal and competitive enviroment offer supports, to all stakeholders where necessary and ensures deliver timely&accurate HRA operations; 
  • Adapts global HRA related 4Ps to continuously optimize local HRA efficiently&effectiveness; 
  • Manages local HRA team and vendors to achieve HRA goals and objectives by developing skills and level of knowledge; 
  • Ensures local efficient personnel support services, by leading the team in executing main HRA processes and protocols in 100% adherence to procedures; 
  • Participates in the elaboration, content analysis and reporting of working procedures, regarding the main human resources activities, in order to ensure optimization and legal compliance; 

What will make you successful for the role:  

  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken); 
  • Located in İstanbul; 
  • Min. 4 years of HR experience, specifically on labor law, benefits, payroll and ISKUR processes; 
  • Excellent command of Excel, and rest of the Microsoft Office apps; 
  • Good communication as well as team management skills; 
  • Analytical skills – able to analyze and visualize data;

What will make you successful in the role:  

  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken); 

  • 1 year of HR or recruitment experience 

  • Bachelor Degree;

Within your role, you will: 

  • Coordinate the team and is responsible for completing all activities within the assigned projects, ensuring that customer requirements are met by the team;
  • Update daily progress in related reports and monitoring carrying out activities following the agreed plan/strategy;
  • Ensure the circulation of information within the project (including to clients) and to other Conectys projects/teams/departments;
  • Perform all tasks assigned/designated by superiors following the law and his professional training according to the prioritization established by superiors and within the designated deadlines;
  • Monitor and evaluate training sessions’ effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
  • Prepare operational quality & training analyses for the projects coordinated and as required by the direct manager;
  • Perform Internal Audits/measurement and evaluation when required for the QA Analysts & Trainers and makes recommendations for continuing education of staff based on audit findings;

What will make you successful for the role: 

  • A C1 level of English Language (both written & spoken); 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel);
  • Previous Customer Service / Customer Support experience – minimum 1 year of previous experience;
  • Minimum: 1 year experience in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a BPO environment;
  • Optimum: 6 months experience in coordinating quality & training teams/processes in a CM environment;
  • Methodological knowledge specific to pedagogy (presentation and rhetoric);
  • Experience in, training, and development of training materials – minimum 1 year of previous experience;

You will work closely with Operation Managers and Team Managers to ensure the project is operating to the highest standards for the client. Within your role, you will:

  • Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate all the activities within the assigned project(s) and the active staff within them, ensuring a link between the project team and the client’s requirements
  • Facilitate the adoption of the Conectys values system at the account level
  • Track emerging trends in outsourcing and client’s industry to ensure process improvement
  • Develop and ensure the maintenance of a valid project management methodology, appropriate tools, and processes for effective management
  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of actions and processes throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Facilitate communication with project(s) partners and complies with contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements
  • Gather information about the news and trends both in the industry where the customer is active

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A minimum C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • University Graduate
  • Min. 6 months of experience in a coordination role within BPO sector or min. 3 years of experience in a coordination role
  • Experience in BPO companies would be a plus for a minimum of 2 years
  • Methodological knowledge specific to pedagogy (presentation and rhetoric)
  • Experience in feedback delivery, training, and development of training materials
  • Knowledge of principles related to education, training, assessment, and motivational theories
