Join Conectys as a Junior UI / Designer and help bring our global visual identity to life across digital platforms and marketing channels
In this part-time (20 hrs/week), remote role, you will collaborate with our global design team to transform creative briefs into polished visual assets and responsive digital interfaces. You will work directly with our established design system, making a direct impact on our brand’s digital presence, recruitment campaigns, and global audience engagement. What You Will Do:
- Create responsive web pages, landing page layouts, and digital interface components in Figma using established design systems.
- Produce engaging marketing visuals, social media graphics, ad creative, and campaign collateral across multiple channels.
- Apply global brand guidelines consistently to ensure high visual standards for color, typography, and layout across all outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design employer branding graphics, careers page assets, and internal communications.
- Adapt and localize existing design assets for diverse international markets and channels while maintaining brand integrity.
- Prepare clean, organized design files for developer handoffs and production.
- Manage assigned project statuses proactively using team collaboration tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Integrate feedback constructively to continuously refine design quality and broaden your technical skill set.
What We Look For:
Critical for the role:
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating digital design work, featuring examples of both UI/web layouts and marketing or campaign graphics.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and digital production standards.
- UI Literacy: Hands-on experience with interface design, responsive layouts, and working within established design systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Figma (including components and auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Communication: Clear written and spoken English skills to explain design choices and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-Management: Strong organizational skills to maintain structured files, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Considered an advantage
- Relevant degree or practical background in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience using design templates in Canva or presentation tools like PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., monday.com) and cloud asset management systems.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted design and image generation tools to support concepting and production speed.
