At Conectys, we are shifting from Business Process Outsourcing to Business Transformation Outsourcing to deliver elastic and cost-efficient services. As part of this evolution, we have launched Kboo, a gig workforce platform connecting businesses with flexible talent at scale. Kboo targets domains where we already deliver at an enterprise level, such as content moderation, data annotation, Trust & Safety, and CX. The platform is live and backed by our existing technology, infrastructure, and client relationships. Now, we need a commercial leader to turn this capability into a scalable, high-growth business.
As Managing Director of Kboo, you are the business owner of the platform. Reporting directly to our CEO, your primary mandate is monetization, revenue growth, and establishing a sustainable marketplace model. With Kboo currently at an early stage of its journey, you will work alongside a dedicated Product Manager and leverage global Conectys teams, while taking personal responsibility for setting the strategy and executing the commercial groundwork. This role offers the autonomy and ownership of running a startup, backed by capital, expertise, client portfolio, and global reach of an established enterprise.

- Open and scale revenue streams across multiple client segments, leading commercial activities from market positioning through client acquisition.
- Design the pricing, packaging, and monetization models.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channels that accelerate platform growth.
Marketplace Development
- Build and scale both sides of the marketplace, defining strategies for client and gig worker acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Establish scalable mechanisms for supply-demand balancing and marketplace liquidity.
- Decide initial launch targets and prove the model before scaling further.
Product & Business Strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to define priorities and the development roadmap.
- Translate client and market needs into product opportunities.
- Shape Kboo’s competitive positioning against established platforms.
Operations & Execution
- Align stakeholders across Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
- Define the processes and governance required to scale the platform effectively.
- Monitor unit economics and business performance, building a data-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, general management, or commercial leadership within platform businesses, marketplaces, or startups.
- Proven experience taking a marketplace, platform, or new business line from cold start to generating real revenue.
- Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace mechanics, including supply and demand balancing, liquidity, take rates, and retention.
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of personal driving growth and hitting revenue targets.
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and experience working across cultures and time zones in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in launching or scaling gig / marketplace platforms into new regions and service verticals
