You will be at the frontline of customer interactions, supporting users through live chat and email while helping ensure smooth daily operations and continuous service improvement.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">You will be part of a dynamic, customer-centric team that values precision, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving. Your work will directly contribute to building trust, resolving issues effectively, and improving the overall platform experience for our global client base.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Support clients via phone, chat and email, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Provide accurate guidance by maintaining strong knowledge of the platform, products, and market conditions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.<\/li>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Identify and escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or potential risks to management.<\/li>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Gather customer insights and contribute to process and service improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\"><strong>What will make you successful in the role:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Min. C1 level of Polish, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li class=\"d-flex flex-wrap mb-5\">Min.
