Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customers\u2019 success our own success.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"925\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1044\"><strong>(Live Chat support area)<\/strong> Assist clients with inquiries via <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"986\">live chat and email<\/strong>, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(P2P support area)<\/strong> Support and professionally mediate customer disputes within the P2P market.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(P2P support area)<\/strong> Investigate and monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver an efficient and excellent customer service experience aligned with company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and follow up diligently on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong knowledge of the company\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1233\">platform, products, and market conditions<\/strong>, staying up to date with industry trends.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1521\">Understand customer needs deeply and translate insights into <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1492\">constructive feedback and practical solutions<\/strong> for internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1673\">Ensure smooth frontline operations by identifying discrepancies, potential risks, or unusual situations and escalating them to management promptly.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1800\">Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement that will enhance team performance, workflows, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will make you successful in the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in customer service or frontline support (live chat\/email preferred).<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of relevant experience is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <strong>fintech<\/strong>, <strong>financial services<\/strong>, <strong>dispute resolution<\/strong> or <strong>crypto trading<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2164\">Strong numerical awareness with a keen eye for <strong data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2161\">data, statistics, and detail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2274\">Fluency in <strong data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2201\">English and Russian<\/strong>, both written and spoken, to effectively support the dedicated market.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, or P2P payments is a strong plus (especially for P2P support area)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2594\">Ability to handle customer requests calmly, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2728\">Flexibility to work <strong data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2642\">5-day rotating shifts<\/strong>, including weekends and public holidays (24\/7 coverage), <strong>on-site<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sounds good?
