You will be at the frontline of customer interactions, supporting users through live chat and email while helping ensure smooth daily operations and continuous service improvement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"892\">You will be part of a dynamic, customer-centric team that values precision, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving. Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customers\u2019 success our own success.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"925\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1044\">Assist clients with inquiries via <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"986\">live chat and email<\/strong>, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1143\">Deliver an efficient and excellent customer service experience aligned with company standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1277\">Develop strong knowledge of the company\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1233\">platform, products, and market conditions<\/strong>, staying up to date with industry trends.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1379\">Manage and follow up diligently on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1521\">Understand customer needs deeply and translate insights into <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1492\">constructive feedback and practical solutions<\/strong> for internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1673\">Ensure smooth frontline operations by identifying discrepancies, potential risks, or unusual situations and escalating them to management promptly.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1800\">Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement that will enhance team performance, workflows, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will make you successful in the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in customer service or frontline support (live chat\/email preferred).<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of relevant experience is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <strong>fintech<\/strong>, <strong>financial services<\/strong>, or <strong>crypto trading<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2164\">Strong numerical awareness with a keen eye for <strong data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2161\">data, statistics, and detail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2274\">Fluency in <strong data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2201\">English and Finnish<\/strong>, both written and spoken, to effectively support the dedicated market.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2277\" data-end=\"2390\">Genuine interest in developing long-term expertise and a career within the <strong data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2387\">fintech\/crypto trading industry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2495\">A collaborative, self-driven team player with a positive and proactive approach to customer support.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2594\">Ability to handle customer requests calmly, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2728\">Flexibility to work <strong data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2642\">5-day rotating shifts<\/strong>, including weekends and public holidays (24\/7 coverage), <strong>on-site<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sounds good?
