Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customer\u2019s success our own success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Within your role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide top-class customer service to resolve inquiries across all channels (phone, email, chat) to provide accurate information and resolve issues swiftly<\/li>\n<li>Communicating ways to put the customer at the heart of what we do and in doing so, improving their experience and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the team on new projects, helping us refine our processes and strengthen our business continuity plans<\/li>\n<li>Assist with back-office duties and maintain customer service records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will make you successful for the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Proficiency in English (both written &amp; spoken)<\/li>\n<li><u>At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in a 24\/7 schedule with rotating shifts<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with KPI\u2019s and targets<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and \u201cwilling-to-help\u201d attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Workplace:<\/strong>\u00a0Cali, Valle del Cauca \/ Office-based<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sounds good?
