This is a customer focused role; thus, you will engage with users to provide (non)technical assistance and handle various scenarios to help them solve their issues. Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customer\u2019s success our own success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Within your role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries<\/li>\n<li>Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, manage, answer, and solve customers\u2019 queries<\/li>\n<li>Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly at first contact<\/li>\n<li>Assist all customer queries by offering precise explanations, concise, complete, and within the agreed terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What will make you successful for the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A C1 level of Dutch (both written &amp; spoken)<\/li>\n<li>A B2 level of English (both written &amp; spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel<\/li>\n<li>Standard Operating system understanding and Office tools knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Web-based applications and database operating acquaintance and skills<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sounds good?
