- Acting as a bridge between our Content Moderators and the Clients.
- Coaching teams and suggesting improvement opportunities.
- Building reports based on the quality performance in different phases of the moderation process.
- Develop action plans based on periodical root cause analysis.
- Participating in weekly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency.
- At least 6 months as a Quality Analyst or related work experience.
- Fluent level of French and English language.
- Multitasking skills.
- Take initiative. Help others improve. Problem solver.
