You come with:

  • A C1 level of English, both written & spoken;
  • BA in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Exposure to wide HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc);
  • Knowledge of employment legislation;
  • Min. 2 year of previous experience as HR Generalist / OD Expert/ OD Consultant;
  • Min. 1 year experience in Organizational Structure/ Organizational Culture or Wellbeing;

Your day in Conectys:

  • You will manage bidirectional communication and basic education of business leaders and staff ;
  • You will manage communication and basic education of local HR team members concerning the team/department to which the HRBP is allocated;
  • You will support OD processes by ensuring adequate implementation of diagnostic and action planning activities and report on people-related activities and results at the allocated teams / departments level; 
  • You will support allocated teams / departments’ management to achieve business KPIs;
  • You will manage end-to-end two Organizational Development;
  • You will manage Projects in accordance with Conectys approved Project Management methodologies.
  • You will Support allocated teams/ departments’ management by providing adequate Learning and Development support.
