You come with:

  • Very good to excellent written and spoken English skills
  • 1 year of continuous experience in any BPO company
  • Must not have multiple BPO experience which did not reach 1 year
  • Willing to work onsite

 

Your day in Conectys:

  • Has the responsibility to assist and advise the customers in response to inquiries about products and services specific to each project assigned while aiming at retaining the client within the existing business product line.
  • Provide assistance and guidance on how to use the products and services, to answer/ document/ solve customers’ inquiries/ notifications/ complaints by offering an accurate solution and by following predefined workflows on how to handle issues specific to each communication channel.
  • Has the responsibility to update the database with all the details about each customer interaction and the most frequent answers or situations encountered.
