Local Recruitment Coordinator is vital team member responsible on managing the end-to-end hiring process. They attract candidates, evaluate resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and handle hiring paperwork. Strong communication skills and a confident approach as a headhunter are highly desired. Within your role, you will:

  • Secures adequate execution of the local TA tactical protocols and routines (i.e. Market Research Protocol, Compensation & Benefit Protocol and TA Projects’ Management protocols);
  • Secures adequate talent pool sourcing and talent pool processing capabilities  in order to staff the coordinated geography according to forecasted and requested business needs and in strict observance of the EB and site/account/department TA Rulebook and TA projects’  guidelines;
  • Secures effective implementation of end-to-end TA activities according with applicable TA policies, processes, procedures and plans for the portfolio of TA projects in the coordinated geography;
  • Ensures maintaining of the company data bases (Leads and Interview modules of the contact center) updated, according with applicable procedures;
  • Designs and recommends adequate selection solutions and processes for any type of TA projects (e.g. creates tests, selects the optimum combination of tests and interview techniques for all parties involved in a TA project, decides on the optimum order of TA process steps that fits the staffing needs and specific context of any type of TA project;
  • Serves as a Project Manager (PM ) for any types of local Conectys TA projects;
  • Ensures adequate staffing of the coordinated TA team  – number and mix of certified TA team members- and manages team’s and individuals’ performance and continuous learning in order to secure local TA capabilities.

What will make you successful for the role:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Recruitment Supervisor or Recruitment Manager.
  • Has experience in end-to-end recruitment process in BPO.
  • Has exposure in using BPO recruitment tools.
  • Possesses expertise developing and carrying out comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Equipped in creating or improving branding/marketing plans for recruitment.
  • Amendable to work onsite either in Davao City or Iloilo City.
