You come with:

  • A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • Min. 1 year of previous experience on Customer Service / Customer Support;
  • Min. 1 year experience in coordinating of quality & training teams / processes in a BPO environment;
  • Min. 6 months experience, in coordinating quality & training teams / processes in a CM environment;

Your day in Conectys:

  • You will prepare operational quality & training analyses for the projects coordinated and as required by the direct manager;
  • You will identify and assess future and current training needs for the account;
  • You will analyse all procedures/tools/procedure updates related to the areas under ownership in order to identify any flaws;
  • You will actively participate in needs analysis studies to determine training and quality needs within the organization;
