As a Mass Recruiter, you are part of the HR team, the heart of our business. Within the role, you get the chance to be an ambassador for Conectys and see Conectys grow. Within your role, you will:

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, kariyer.net, LinkedIn or social media, etc.

Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Follow up with new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
What will make you successful in the role:

C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
-
1 year of HR or recruitment experience

Bachelor Degree;

Located in İstanbul;

Good command of general PC operating skills and Office apps knowledge,

Excellent communication skills;
-
Detail-oriented, analytical skills – able to analyze and visualize data;
