As a Global Transition Manager, you are part of our operations team. You will be responsible for the transitioning of client accounts / lines of businesses in and out of Conectys portfolio, as well as managing large multi-disciplinary interventions on those same accounts.

Within your role, you will:

– Understand client requirements expressed in the contractual and translate them into an implementation project document.

– Act as a project manager for the Account Transition (ramp-ups & ramp-downs included)

– Ensure hand-over of operational documentation of the processes created/optimized

– Support in sales pitches and solution design

– Assist & train operations managers in executing effective operations transition / intervention projects

What will make you successful for the role:

– C1 level of English (both written & spoken)

– Min. 3 years experience in project management & transition management in BPO environment

– Microsoft office proficiency

– Exemplary people management skills

– Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

– Proven proactive team-and client management approach
