Within your role you will:

  • Elaborate the TA Global Strategy (locate and hire) to reach the business needs: define the process & policy, establish TA KPIs, define strategic annual TA goals
  • Collaborate and provide support for Employer Branding strategy
  • Monitor the execution of the TA strategy (KPIs achievement) and take appropriate measures if needed
  • Have proper business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Coordinate the TA Local Strategy per Country/ Site – provide expertise and support to achieve the TA local objectives and plans
  • Participate to Client meeting at request
  • Ensure the TA team has the right competences to deliver efficiently and quality results
  • Provide expertise, coaching and support TA skills development
  • Responsible for TA employee’s performance and defining PDP/ PIP plans
  • Collect market data for better differentiate and promote Conectys jobs
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders

What will make you successful for the job:

  • A C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 5 years of extensive recruitment & selection experience in multilingual projects
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Intimate knowledge of up-to-date sourcing methodology and the ability to pass it on
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment and selection process and managing the relationship with operations
  • Good communication and leadership skills
