Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer the employees’ perfect rewards and smart benefits. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.

Within your role you will:

• Ensure an active communication with vendors from his/her are of responsibilites; 
• Execute proactive Comp&Ben analytics, data mining and interpretation of trends to support senior management in budgeting and forcasts;
• Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management;
• Assist in preparation of the Comp & Ben budget; 
• Analyze data and relevant market trends, develos salary changes structures and market pricing recommendations.

What will make you successful for the job:

• Bachelor’s Degree;  
• 3 years experience in HR department on a similar profile;  
• Certification in Labor legislation is an asset; 
• Excel skills: advanced;  
• English spoken and written – C1 level in the European Language Framework.
